We are in search of an Office Services Associate to join our team in San Francisco, California. As an integral part of our team, you will be tasked with handling various office duties including answering and transferring calls, sorting mail, and maintaining office cleanliness.

Responsibilities:- Operate a multi-line phone system to answer and transfer calls efficiently.
- Accept and sort deliveries, maintaining an organized record of incoming mail.
- Handle sensitive and confidential documents and information with discretion.
- Maintain open communication lines with management and clients regarding job or deadline issues.
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the office and conference rooms.
