Job Description- Assist in preparing accurate and competitive estimates for piping and mechanical systems.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and other documents to assist in determining project scope.
- Help with material takeoffs, labor cost calculations, and supplier and subcontractor pricing.
- Support in bid submission and presentation preparation.
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure that estimates align with the project's requirements.
- Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing information.
- Assist with project buyout, contract administration, and cost tracking as required.

The Successful Applicant- 1-3 years of experience in mechanical estimating or a related role, with a focus on piping preferred.
- Familiarity with mechanical systems and construction processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of estimating software (such as Quickpen, FastPIPE) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
