Responsibilities- Analyze business performance metrics and financial data to uncover trends, variances, and potential issues.
- Develop and oversee annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Build financial models to support organizational decision-making and evaluate potential outcomes.
- Prepare financial plans and reports for organizational leaders.
- Produce comprehensive reports and presentations for management and stakeholders, including Board of Director meetings, and fulfill quarter-end and month-end reporting requirements.
- Assess industry trends and provide recommendations based on analysis.
- Support compliance with credit agreements and debt covenants.
- Identify and mitigate business and financial risks through thorough analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather data and offer insights for operational and strategic decision-making.
