Job Overview:
The Inventory Analyst plays a crucial role in overseeing a company’s inventory and supply chain operations. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure there are no shortages or excesses that could impact production schedules. Oversee the scheduling and logistics of incoming and outgoing materials to align with production schedules efficiently.
This position is based at Nikkiso ACD, LLC, located in Santa Ana, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Generate Reports such as open order report, REQ report, WIP report, etc.
- Tracking orders by project.
- Creating spreadsheets to evaluate data and drive results.
- Creating/maintaining buyer KPIs as well as vendor KPIs.
- Work on special projects given by Purchasing Manager.
- Manage RTV inventory values by analyzing/expediting RTV processes.
- Manage/Prioritize with Purchasing the MRP action messages to ensure timely supplier delivery and maintain inventory value levels.
- Lead Excess & Obsolete (E&O) projects to reduce E&O inventory value.
- Leads projects with Purchasing, Planning, Engineering and Sales to obtain optimum inventory levels.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis regarding E&O, past due Sales Order, Production Work Orders and/or Purchase Orders.

- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- 5 years’ experience in manufacturing industry preferred
- Employee may be required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop or kneel, talk and hear, and use fingers and hands to feel objects, tools, or controls
- Overtime may be necessary as the workload dictates. This may include weekdays, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. may be required

Salary Range: $70,000 - $98,000
