Job Description
  • Manage land development projects, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and project deadlines.
  • Oversee the preparation and approval of civil engineering plans.
  • Coordinate with government agencies and municipalities to secure permits and approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations throughout the development process.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and timelines to ensure projects remain on track.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external contractors, engineers, and consultants.
  • Participate in long-term planning and strategy for land acquisition and development.

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in land development or civil engineering.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local land development regulations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in dealing with municipalities and government agencies for permits and approvals.
