Title: Seasonal Retail Sales Associate (10/23/24-1/5/25)Department: Lincoln Square Retail Operations
Status: Part-time Hourly $18.00/hr
Reports to: General Manager of Retail
Role Description: Seasonal Retail Sales Associates will assist shopers with product knowledge and customer service while helping the Gift Shop meet sales goals. An Associate will actively assist with: merchandise presentation, product pricing and stocking, processing customer transactions, and work with other front-facing departments, such as Membership, Visitor Services, and Security, to engage with the public.
Primary Duties- Provide impeccable customer service by engaging, listening, understanding, and fulfilling customers' needs.
- Responsibly and accurately process sales transactions across multiple sales channels and technology platforms.
- Actively maintain merchandise presentation
- Assists Senior Manager of Office Administration with pricing, back stocking and restocking of gift shop.
- Perform inventory counts as scheduled; and other related duties as assigned.
- Assists eCommerce Specialist with the online shop, packing, picking and drop-off of holiday orders as needed.
- Keeps stockroom organized and easily accessible.
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift at least 30 lbs., carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb, reach, and bend.
