We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Office Manager in Livingston, New Jersey. This role entails managing administrative office functions to enhance efficiency and overseeing employee training, payroll, and records.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative office functions to ensure efficiency
  • Manage all aspects related to employee training, payroll, and maintaining employee records
  • Handle financial responsibilities such as managing accounts payable/receivable and annual insurance audits
  • Oversee database management systems such as QuickBooks, PayPal, and Access
  • Manage facilities, ensuring maintenance and supplies are well-organized
  • Oversee the enrollment process for new and existing students for various programs, resolving any scheduling conflicts
  • Act as a central communication point between different programs and services offered
  • Maintain all academic records and manage tuition payment and payment plans
  • Assist directors with various functions as needed and oversee additional help if required
  • Answer inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries using accounting software systems like ADP
  • Financial Services, Concur, and About Time.
  • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems
  • Experience with ADP Financial Services
  • Familiarity with Concur software
  • Proficient in About Time software
  • Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls effectively
  • Proven experience in office administration or relevant role
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
