We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Processing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, sorting, and processing legal documents while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

  • Receive and manage legal documents through various channels (e.g., process server, certified mail, courier).
  • Sort, batch, and scan incoming documents using industry-standard equipment.
  • Reconcile and balance daily volumes to ensure all Service of Process (SOP) documents are accounted for.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
salary: $20 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities
  • Typing speed of 30–40 words per minute.
  • strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in navigating Department of State websites.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and email etiquette.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and engage in process improvement initiatives.
