Human Resources Specialist

Randstad is working with a large and well-established organization in the Husdon/Marlborough area to fill a position supporting their Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume, fast-paced human resources with excellent work ethic and attention to detail.

This is an onsite role that requires successful completion of a background check and a drug screen.

salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Human Resources team to fill a position supporting the administrative, transactional, and onboarding function
  • Manage all personnel and new hire paperwork – I9, onboarding, paperwork
  • Manage orientation for new hires, facilitating and scheduling calendar invites
  • Assist in offer letter process and all necessary background checks, paperwork
  • Manage compliance for all new hires
  • Ensure HR mailbox is monitored with timely responses
  • Take lead of employee communications, presentations, and implementation of changes
  • Work closely in HRIS system to manage records and streamline processes
  • Assist in running reports, updating HR policies and procedures, etc
  • Coordinate interview process and schedule
