Human Resources Specialist
This is an onsite role that requires successful completion of a background check and a drug screen.
salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per yearshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities- Work closely with Human Resources team to fill a position supporting the administrative, transactional, and onboarding function
- Manage all personnel and new hire paperwork – I9, onboarding, paperwork
- Manage orientation for new hires, facilitating and scheduling calendar invites
- Assist in offer letter process and all necessary background checks, paperwork
- Manage compliance for all new hires
- Ensure HR mailbox is monitored with timely responses
- Take lead of employee communications, presentations, and implementation of changes
- Work closely in HRIS system to manage records and streamline processes
- Assist in running reports, updating HR policies and procedures, etc
