Receptionist

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in the Finance industry, located in Clearwater, Florida. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for handling a variety of front desk tasks, including welcoming visitors, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining a secure and organized workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Operating a multi-line phone system to answer and direct calls efficiently.
• Providing exceptional customer service to all visitors, including customers making payments and potential candidates.
• Leveraging interpersonal skills to create a detail oriented and welcoming environment.
• Managing the distribution and organization of mail, ensuring all correspondence reaches the appropriate recipient.
• Handling payments from customers, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Utilizing Microsoft Word for various administrative tasks.
• Keeping the reception area clean and orderly, contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere.
• Balancing cash drawer at the end of each day, ensuring all transactions are accounted for.
• Proficiency in answering a multi-line phone system
• Strong customer service skills
