Client is looking for a Sr. BI Specialist with experience in Tableau for a Healthcare Client. This position requires a strong leadership-oriented person capable of assessing the Client's current state infrastructure and processes and producing a target-state vision and roadmap to address pain points in the data management and delivery ecosystem.You will build data analysis platforms and models to support the Client and improve operational effectiveness, provide direction and consultation on methodologies, measures, and tools needed to ensure appropriate processes and procedures are in place.
Oversee initial project development surrounding new processes and integration of new processes and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred) or equivalent experience.
8 - 10 years of progressive IT experience in the Healthcare domain. Strong knowledge of the Healthcare domain and industry trends is mandatory
6+ years of overall BI design and development experience
6+ years of experience in data analytics, data visualization, and data management experience using Tableau.
Thorough understanding of Tableau features like Quick Filters, Action Filters, Drill down, Hyperlinking, Ranking
Experience with data management techniques such as streaming data, data pipelines (ETL and ELT)
Strong written and oral communications skills, able to work confidently with hands-on data management resources, architectural teams, and C-Level management and leadership
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and understanding of IT infrastructure components, systems, and operational processes.
Must have skills:
Support overall Healthcare Fraud and Waste Abuse function
8 - 10 years of progressive IT experience in the Healthcare domain (projects related to health care)
6+ years of experience in data analytics, data visualization, and data management experience using Tableau.
Thorough understanding of Tableau features like Quick Filters, Action Filters, Drill down, Hyper linking, Ranking
