Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing department’s integration activities
• Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including social media content, email campaigns, and promotional materials
• Using various software, including word processing, PowerPoint, design tools (e.g., Canva), spreadsheets, and presentation software
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and insights
• General administration responsibilities such as email support, data entry, file organization, and proofreading/quality assurance
• Learn the different tools and vendors that the department uses
• Perform other duties as required to support the marketing team

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Graphic design experience utilizing Canva or other graphic design platforms
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytic skills and attention to detail
