Responsibilities:

• Lead the process of sourcing potential new business
• Cultivate and preserve relationships with stakeholders and managers
• Execute sales pitches and effectively communicate the value of services
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms
• Observe and document sales activities, prospects, and action step
• Work as a liaison to the operations team to ensure seamless induction of new clients
• Recognize market patterns and competitors' approaches in order to adjust sales tactics accordingly

Qualifications:

• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, adept at managing high call volumes
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
• Proficient in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Familiarity with sales tracking tools
• Experience in order entry, ensuring all customer orders are accurately processed and tracked
• Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships
