Jr. Art Director

This role involves a hybrid work model, allowing for a balance of onsite and remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative designs for various marketing materials such as brochures and advertisements.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop to create and edit designs.
• Oversee art direction for all creative assets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and create compelling visuals.
• Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary.
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
• Continuously enhance brand awareness through creative designs and concepts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to keep our designs and visuals fresh and relevant.
• Assist in other duties as needed, providing support to the wider team. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience in creating and developing advertisements and brochures.
• Strong ability in Art Direction and previous experience as an Art Director.
• Proven track record in enhancing brand awareness through creative designs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within the Real Estate & Property industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with various departments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to create high-quality designs.
• Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, or a related field would be advantageous.
