Maintenance Mechanic

• food machines / warehouse/ conveyor belts/ line maintenance- diagnosis, repair, replacement
• AC & Servo drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Operates and troubleshoots related equipment as needed or assigned.
• Troubleshoots motor control circuits, drives, and PLC systems.
• Performs electronic component replacement, substitution, set-up and calibration.
• Food environment/ GMP experience preferred
• Good communication skills/customer service, they will be helping and working with our operators
• 3+ years of experience needed to apply

• Perform routine preventive Maintenance activities
• Takes the initiative in finding and implementing efficiency improvements to existing equipment and processes.
• Assist in the installation, start-up and qualification of new equipment.
• - strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for mechanical, pneumatic, minor electrical failures, sensors, and fault conditions.
• - Replace defective variable frequency drive and/or motor.
• - Review equipment technical documentation to update preventative maintenance schedules.
• - Analyze maintenance data for the implementation of a predictive maintenance program.
• - Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and time spent.
• - Set-up and trouble shoot process equipment.
• - Work closely with production to quickly resolve technical issues.
• - Knowledge of PLC’s, hydraulics, AC/DC, fuses, etc.
