Sr. Accountant

This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

• Oversee the close processes at the end of each month, quarter, and year
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including but not limited to, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure timely payments and collections
• Assist with the budgeting and forecasting activities, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making
• Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other relevant regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and support for various projects
• Process journal entries and reconcile accounts as part of the month-end close process
• Utilize various software tools such as Microsoft Excel, NetSuite, and ADP for payroll and general ledger system management
• Maintain accurate customer credit records and take appropriate action when necessary. • Must have a strong background in Account Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, and Bank Reconciliations.
• Proficient in managing General Ledger and making Journal Entries.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel for financial calculations and data management.
• Experience in Month End Close procedures is essential.
• Familiarity with NetSuite and Netsuite CRM for managing financial operations.
• Knowledge of ADP - Payroll for efficient payroll management.
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Payroll processing.
• Proficiency with General Ledger System for maintaining accounting records.
