Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and staff.
- Oversee the design, planning, and implementation of civil engineering projects.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to achieve project goals.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and technical competence.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Florida.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Proven track record of managing civil engineering projects successfully.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with confidence.
