Construction Engineer - New York

Job Description:

Preferred candidates will have office engineering experience maintaining the project documentation system, preparation of weekly reports, preparing monthly estimates and change orders and maintaining as-builts. Site Manager experience is required.

Required Skills & Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, engineering and/or NICET IV Certification equivalent
• 6+ years’ relevant experience
• Site Manager experience
• Excellent communications and client relations skills
• Must have the ability to manage field staff and work as a team player
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Salary Range:

The projected range for this position is $120,000 - $155,000 annually. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly. These ranges are for NY only.
