Looking for a part-time job where you can come to work each day excited about what you do? UW Credit Union’s Southridge Branch is hiring a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Part-Time Teller and we want YOU to apply! Our bilingual (Spanish/English) employees receive an additional $1.25/hour premium.

We are looking for someone who can work 20 hours a week (Monday-Friday between 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm and 9 Saturdays per quarter from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm).
As a Part-Time Teller, you will play a vital role at your branch, for both your teammates and UW Credit Union’s members. Your job is to make a positive impact on members lives by accurately and enthusiastically performing a variety of transactions to meet their needs.If you enjoy problem solving, are eager to learn, and love working with people, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do- Welcome and assist members at the Southridge branch, representing UW Credit Union.
- Strive to meet performance goals in line with our Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy.
- Keep a good understanding of all UW Credit Union products and services.
- Ensure accurate and efficient handling of member requests at the Teller line.
- Follow UW Credit Union's Cash Management policies and procedures.
- Investigate potential errors in Teller transactions and communicate with affected members.
- Build relationships with members, understand their needs, offer recommendations, and make referrals when appropriate.
- Look for ways to exceed our members' expectations.
- Work with your branch team to address member and branch needs.
- Support our bilingual (Spanish/English) members.
Qualifications:
What You’ll Need to Succeed- Ability to work 20 hours
- Fluent in written and verbal communication in Spanish and English
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience with cash handling responsibilities
- Demonstrates ability to work with customers of all ages and backgrounds
- Excellent interpersonal and professional skills
- Team player that can confidently jump in where and when you are needed
- Ability to work in an autonomous environment
