Overview:

Mpower is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team.

The role of the Recruitment Administrator is pivotal in our hiring process. You'll play a key part in recruiting talented individuals to join our organization. Additionally, you'll provide crucial support to other recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

The Recruitment Administrator will also be responsible for providing necessary administrative support based on the office needs, contributing to the development of a positive office culture, and handling various administrative tasks such as greeting guests, answering phones, and completing projects.

Qualified candidates will have previous recruitment experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, multi-task ability, and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment Administrator Responsibilities
  • Review resumes and conduct phone screenings to determine qualifications
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Introduce new hires to the Company and walk them through the onboarding process
  • Complete all vetting paperwork with candidates who meet the expectations of the job
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices and/or contacts
  • Conduct clerical duties, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and document preparation
  • Provide administrative support to the office and sales team

Qualifications:

Recruitment Administrator Skills
  • At least 1-year experience with Recruiting
  • High school diploma required (Associate or Bachelor degree preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
  • Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
