We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Payroll Administrator in Worcester, Massachusetts. The selected candidate will be a part of a dynamic team, engaged in processing payroll, invoicing, and assisting with special projects in a growing company.

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process payroll for the company in a timely manner
  • Handle invoicing responsibilities efficiently, ensuring all billing information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Assist with special projects as required, providing administrative support where necessary
  • Utilize various accounting software systems to carry out tasks effectively
  • Use ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing and other related tasks
  • Operate Ceridian and Crystal Reports for managing and reporting on payroll data
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of all payroll activities
  • Resolve any payroll-related inquiries from employees in a detail oriented and timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and company policies regarding payroll processing
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the payroll department. • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential
  • Knowledge and experience in ADP - Financial Services required
  • Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now necessary
  • Experience with Ceridian is a prerequisite
  • Proficiency in Crystal Reports is a must
  • Must have a strong understanding of payroll processes
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong attention to detail
