Sales Support

We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly-organized Sales Support Coordinator to join our growing team. This individual will work directly with our sales team, streamlining operations and facilitating the sale of our products or services. Key responsibilities include:

• processing quotes
• managing client orders
• maintaining sales records
• promoting customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred. A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is considered an advantage.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales support role within the Paper/Packaging industry
• Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services software
• Familiarity with Configure Price Quote (CPQ) systems
• Experience in using CRM software for client management
• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems
• Ability to use ERP Solutions effectively
• Experience with About Time software
• Capable of answering inbound calls and providing customer support
• Experience in auditing processes within the sales department
• Familiarity with Billing Functions in the sales process
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
