We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst in Franklin, Tennessee. This role is primarily focused on creating meaningful reports, dashboards, and scorecards using industry-recognized indicators. The successful candidate will be working closely with business leaders to develop metrics using data from various platforms.

This position is based on-site with the potential to shift into a hybrid work model after the first year.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to design data visualizations that provide meaningful insights.
  • Analyze business processes to identify key business needs and areas for improvement.
  • Establish and manage repeatable processes to streamline the deployment of dashboards to multiple clients.
  • Define and implement data architecture and data retrieval processes to optimize data visualization performance.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards, ensuring the best possible performance and quality.
  • Stay updated on trends in visualization/analytics fields to ensure the best use of tools and techniques.
  • Work with clients to develop metrics using data from various platforms.
  • Ensure the responsiveness of reports and dashboards to meet client needs.
  • Handle the processing of customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate customer credit records.

  • Familiarity with SQL is necessary
  • Capable of creating dashboards for extensive data visualization
  • Knowledge of KPI Reporting to help track and analyze performance
  • Experience with Tableau is advantageous

  • Open to candidates with varying years of experience, including those at entry level
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information responsibly
