Lead Maintenance Technician
Global heavy industry company is seeking a third-shift Lead Maintenance Technician with a focus in Electrical/Mechanical troubleshooting to drive and mentor a team. M-T, 6P-6A. Individual should have experience in PLC's, motors, drives, hydraulics, pneumatics.

work hours: 10pm to 7am

responsibilities:
- Oversee daily electrical and mechnical maintenance tasks, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within industry standards.
- Coordinate and lead a team of maintenance technicians to maintain equipment and machinery.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in industrial machinery, control systems, and power distribution.
- Repair or replace faulty components such as motors, switches, transformers, and wiring.
- Troubleshoot PLC
- Identify opportunities for upgrading electrical systems to improve efficiency, reliability, and safety.
- Propose and implement process improvements, energy-saving initiatives, and system enhancements.
The essential functions of this role include:
- working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
