• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing clear, friendly, and efficient communication via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team members when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records using CRM software.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and service expectations are exceeded.
• Assist with customer onboarding processes, educate clients about products or services, and recommend solutions based on individual needs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and share feedback with management.

• Experience: 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
