Full-Time Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics

An opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist to be part of our team in an orthopedic outpatient clinic in Campbell, CA. This role focuses on delivering individualized therapy programs to help patients regain mobility, strength, and overall function.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 per year + Comprehensive Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 1-2 patients per hour.
• Conduct thorough assessments to determine patients' physical therapy needs.
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans to improve movement and function.
• Track patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and lifestyle modifications to support recovery.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active California PT license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Ability to develop effective treatment strategies tailored to individual needs.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with patients and healthcare professionals.
