Office Activities include but not limited to:-Review, comment and draft responses to RFI's-Review and track shop drawings, submittals-Schedule and coordinate field visits-Coordinate between different divisions/department users-Contractor payment processing, review and update monthly project status reports and information in project management software -Coordinate and schedule pre-final/final inspections-Act as liaison for PCEO/CM office requesting operating and maintenance departments' support services

• Performing inspections to ensure that the contract requirements are met
• Attending job progress meeting or other meetings as assigned
• Scheduling and coordinate field visits and inspections
• Verifying quality of workmanship and materials
• Verifying compliance with plans, specifications, estimates, applicable codes, and regulations with emphasis on quality and safety
• Assisting PCEO/Construction Manager of his designee in evaluating change order proposals, reviewing contractor submittals, and preparing mandatory daily reports
