A day in the life:
As a Business Development Administrator for MMA, you will work directly with our top sales professionals, gathering, tracking, and updating client and prospect information. You will also collaborate with other professionals within the Sales team, the Marketing team, and the other Lines of Business, to organize marketing campaigns, coordinate client projects, and prepare materials for client meetings and events.In this role, the Business Development Administrator will have the opportunity to enhance their technical and creative skills, learn new tools and programs, and interact daily with MMAs top clients!
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
Prospect, Pipeline & Client Management
Perform marketplace and competitor research (web and phone)Coordinate activities and deliverables with Marketing department regarding campaigns, events, networking activities
Ensure project plans for clients are current and communicate changes to Account Managers
Schedule client and team meetings with both internal and external audiences
Sales Process Coordination & Account Management
Coordinate with Account Managers and Consultants to track deliverablesCreate presentations in concert with Marketing
Perform all support work required for on-boarding of a new client (e.g. welcome letter, new commission worksheet, service agreements)Understand and track the Sales Executives book of business, including Account deliverables, commission accuracy, cross sell opportunities, etc
Attend meetings and summarize meeting notes
Systems Support
In support of all reporting requirements, manage the timely input and data integrity within all MMA systemsTracking and auditing of revenue with Finance department
We would love to meet you if your professional experience includes:
1+ years of work experience in a finance, banking, insurance, or consulting environment with an emphasis on data analytics, financial reporting, and communicationsUndergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science/Data Systems Management; Excellent CRM skills with both internal and external clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and an aptitude for learning and leveraging new technology
Very strong organizational skills as well as excellent communication and time management skills. Must also be very detail oriented and have a drive for results
Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively

Preferred but not necessarily required: Experience with Salesforce
Some creative or digital marketing experience

The applicable base salary range for this role is $66,700 to $106,700. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
