Key Responsibilities:

This resource will work in the delivery of multi-channel technology solutions for our clients and internal users:

• Manage technical program/projects to enhance existing or new integration touchpoints
• Engage with senior level management on the client, business and technology to communicate a roadmap of functionality that may be offered by partner systems.
• Manage a project team to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team (e.g., performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions)
• Provide strategic influence and exercise control over resources, budget management and planning while monitoring end results.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of industry standard concepts and procedures within your own area and basic knowledge of other areas to resolve issues.
• Ensure essential compliance, risk & control, auditing procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards.
• Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of facts in complicated, unique, and dynamic situations including drawing information from internal and external sources.
• Influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions, as well as communicate with external parties as necessary.
• Appropriately assess risk and maintain risk log and when business decisions are made assess the implications of the same. demonstrate particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding the client, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policies.
• Apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. Effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability and ownership with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in managing large scale technical programs/projects.
• Experience managing global project teams.
• Ability to deadline adherence, ownership and accountability of tasks
• Strong knowledge of banking industry practices and standards
• Excellent analytical ability to understand complex and diverse issue, identify root cause and recommend solutions
• Ability to partner effectively with the various technology and business teams across organizations, in a multi-vendor ecosystem and with multiple (and competing) stakeholders
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and business partnership skills
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize information, prioritize workload and drive results with a high sense of urgency
• Good judgment, escalate handling, information filtering, ability to identify appropriate next steps/resolution
• Ability to think creatively, innovatively, to solve day to day problems
• Positive "can do" attitude with team player and collaborative approach
• Self-starter with ability to take the initiative and achieve resolution
• Global mind set and ability to manage the matrix

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience from technical background
• Master's degree preferred in business management or administration
• PMP certified
• PgMP and CSM certifications are a plus
