We are looking for an experienced IVF Clinical Manager to oversee clinical operations and ensure the delivery of exceptional fertility care. This role involves supervising clinical staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and optimizing daily clinic workflows in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

• Lead and support clinical staff, including nurses and embryologists.
• Manage daily IVF clinic operations, including patient schedules and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with medical protocols and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Oversee clinical documentation, reporting, and quality assurance.
• Address patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license or advanced clinical experience preferred.
• 3+ years of management experience in IVF or fertility clinic operations.
• Strong knowledge of ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology) protocols.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
