Project Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Responsible for CRM data entry including contacts, firms and activities, ensuring that our business development efforts and client relationships are being tracked.
- Sets up and maintains project records in Deltek Vantagepoint, from pursuit stages through project close out.
- Sets up and maintains project specific network and Outlook folders.
- Assists Project Managers with the project planning process including entering initial project plans and adjusting timeframes/dates/assignments as needed. Prepares monthly customer billing invoices and assembling client project status reports, pay applications, and lien waivers as needed.
- Supports Project Managers with Forecasting input and updates.
- Provides and helps to review project reports to ensure the team stays on time and on budget.
- Runs weekly timesheet reports and assists in the review process to ensure accurate recording of project team time.
- Record daily bank deposits in our accounting system.
- Process credit card payments from clients.
- Serves as a Deltek Vantagepoint resource for Project Managers and staff on their team.
- May perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

Requirements
Qualification- Associate’s or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Typically, 2+ years of progressive experience in project administration or project accounting. Background in an architectural, consulting engineering, interior design, or professional services firm is preferred.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint experience preferred but not required.
- Proficient in preparing various reports, balancing, and reconciling data, and identifying discrepancies and determining proper courses of action.
- Exercises good judgment demonstrates sound decision-making skills and maintains confidentiality.
- Ability to work both in team and independent situations. Flexible and adaptable to changing situations in an evolving environment.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills. Responsive to client and employees’ inquiries and ability to resolve problems.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in various accounting software systems and Microsoft Office.
- Performs in a disciplined and thoughtful manner within a team environment.
- Conducts oneself consistently in a positive and professional manner.
- Ability to multitask and establish priorities.
- Ability to maintain a high-performance level in a fast-paced, accountable environment.
The estimated starting base salary for this role is $$55,000 - $60,000
