About job:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Communications Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that effectively convey our organization's mission, values, and goals to diverse audiences.You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our messaging is consistent, clear, and impactful across all channels, including social media, print publications, and internal communications.
Salary Range:
$1100 - $1450 per week

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to enhance organizational visibility.
- Create, edit, and manage content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather information and develop key messages for internal and external communications.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and public sentiment to inform communication strategies.
- Organize and promote events, press releases, and other public relations activities to enhance media engagement.
- Forge and maintain relationships with media representatives and key stakeholders to increase outreach and brand recognition.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a communications role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills tailored for various audiences.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and understanding their impact on audience engagement.
- Experience with graphic design and multimedia content production is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
