As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing high level customer support daily. Functioning as a consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent support for our products and ensuring that our customers are treated with the utmost professionalism.This role will begin with an intensive training program located at local office. Training for this role will consist of: • Classroom style instruction consisting of in-depth product training on our marketing strategies • Management training on overseeing various clients and campaigns
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Team player but able to be a self starter and work without direct supervision
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Able to pass a background screening
We are looking for a Customer Service Manager who is a self-starter and has great customer service and team building skills.
This is an entry-level position; however previous experience working with customers is preferred. This role gives the opportunity for advancement based upon an outgoing training program coupled with a strong work ethic.
