Human Resources (HR) Director / Manager Interim Need
Interim Human Resources Director needed for our client who is located in the N. Georgia area. Company is a mid-sized manufacturing company with multiple locations in multiple states.
Duration: Temporary, 2 to 3 months' assignmentWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (within the range of 8am-6pm)
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Interim HR Director to join our team for a 2 to 3 months' temporary assignment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in auditing and ensuring all employees are enrolled in benefits, entering new hires and terminations into the payroll/HRIS system, assisting in establishing new HR processes, and focusing heavily on employee engagement.This role demands on-site presence and does not support remote working.
Responsibilities:
Audit and ensure proper enrolment and management of employee benefits
Efficiently coordinate and monitor employee entry and exit processes
Utilize HRIS system to process payroll for new hires and terminations
Assist with structuring and implementing new HR processes and protocols
Engage and interact actively with employees to improve the work environment and build team morale
Other HR-related tasks as required

Minimum of 5 years of senior-level Human Resources experience
