 E.  Dennis is the market leader in Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC. We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our growing and dedicated Plumbing Service team as a Plumbing Service Manager!

What you will do:

• Supervise all Plumbing activities.
• Hire, Train, and Lead Plumbing Team Members
• Cultivate a dynamic, ethical Sales Culture that is hyper focused on delivering value to customers
• Manage a P&L; responsible for department hitting revenue and gross operating profit budget targets
• Conduct regular individual and departmental coaching and Performance Reviews
• Oversee department dispatchers and ensure right techs get sent to right calls
• Create technician work schedule
• Review and approve department payroll
• Handle all Customer related Requests, Concerns, etc.
• Create, Establish and Maintain a positive Work Environment
• Hold team accountable to company policies and procedures.

What you need:

• Exceptional sales and interpersonal skills
• Residential Plumbing Experience, Required
• 2+ years of Management Experience, Required
• Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
• Must pass a motor vehicle, background check and drug screen - subject to applicable law.
• ServiceTitan or other Field Software experience, preferred

COMPENSATION: $80,000-$120,000 annually, based on experience!
