FEFA, LLC is seeking an experienced Sr Records Program Manager in the Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia area to oversee records management contracts and support the company's expanding engagement with government clients, partner organizations, and internal teams.

This role is pivotal in driving transformative leadership through strategic initiatives that enhance both client and employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex records management projects or oversee multiple smaller projects simultaneously, ensuring effective coordination among team members.
  • Plan, staff, and lead records management/document management initiatives for enterprise-wide systems or key divisions, ensuring projects align with client objectives.
  • Present project information and reports to government clients, partner organizations, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clients on new project opportunities, assessing their business potential and return on investment (ROI).
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to engage government clients, partner companies, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with government clients, internal teams, and partner companies to ensure smooth project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present talking points, reports, presentations, executive summaries, and briefing materials as necessary to communicate project progress and performance.
  • Analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of program deliverables and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at publicizing company capabilities, gathering feedback, and assessing needs for future service enhancements.
  • Work with internal and external partners to drive improvements in operating models or create significant business value gains.
  • Adapt to change with a focus on maintaining positive, collaborative relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, inclusion, and adaptive thinking throughout the organization.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure quality service delivery.
  • Leverage industry trends to help clients unlock greater business value.
  • Build and nurture relationships with site leaders, project/program managers, and employees across the organization.
  • Assess situations independently and make sound decisions to manage client relations and ensure a smooth flow of information.
  • Travel if necessary to various project sites across the country to support and manage client engagements.
  • Spearhead and drive expansion efforts within assigned client agencies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • 6+ years of experience as a Program Manager, with a strong focus on records management and document management.
  • PMP Certification preferred.
  • Previous experience working in Federal Government environments and supporting government clients.
  • Demonstrated records management expertise in large-scale projects or across multiple smaller projects.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining effective client relationships.
  • Experience designing creative solutions to address diverse business challenges.
  • Strong understanding of client needs and the ability to translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and consulting skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
