Parts Advisor - Drive Excellence at Nissan/Infiniti Downtown

At Nissan/Infiniti Downtown, part of the Downtown AutoGroup family, we're not just selling parts - we're providing the components that keep our customers' dreams in motion. Our Parts Department is the backbone of our service operations, and we're looking for an exceptional Parts Advisor to join our team.

Why we need you

You are the linchpin of our parts operations. Without you, our technicians would be left without the right components, and our customers' vehicles would remain incomplete. Your expertise in Nissan and Infiniti parts, combined with your customer service skills, ensures that every vehicle gets exactly what it needs to perform at its best.

Your ability to quickly identify the right part, manage inventory, and provide expert advice isn't just about filling orders - it's about keeping our service department running smoothly and our customers' vehicles on the road. With your knowledge and efficiency, we become the go-to destination for anyone needing genuine Nissan and Infiniti parts.

Here's what you'll be doing

As our Parts Advisor at Nissan/Infiniti Downtown, you'll be the go-to expert for all things parts-related. You'll blend your technical knowledge with your customer service prowess, ensuring every interaction results in the right part for the job.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting service technicians, body shops, and retail customers in identifying and ordering the correct Nissan and Infiniti parts
  • Managing parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining stock levels
  • Providing expert advice on Nissan and Infiniti parts, including upgrades and accessories
  • Processing parts sales and returns efficiently and accurately
  • Collaborating closely with our service team to ensure smooth operations
  • Continuously updating your knowledge about Nissan and Infiniti parts and vehicle systems
You need these qualifications
  • Proven experience in automotive parts, preferably with Nissan, Infiniti, or other luxury brands
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts catalogues
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly
  • Proficiency with inventory management systems and parts lookup software
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
It would be nice if
  • You have specific experience with Nissan and Infiniti parts systems
  • You're multilingual, reflecting the diverse community we serve in downtown Toronto
  • You have a personal passion for Nissan and Infiniti vehicles

We can't wait to see how you'll drive our parts department to new heights! Apply today!
