We have an immediate contract opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position Data Analyst Power BI to work on-site in Juno Beach, Florida.

Pay Rate : $30-$35/hr

Qualifications:

Mid-senior level experience in data analytics or a related field.
Proficiency in Power Automate OR Klik Automate (Anyone), SQL, and Power BI.
Strong ability to automate processes and switch between different coding tasks.
Basic development experience to create and optimize processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different functional use cases.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative.

We are seeking a versatile and skilled Data Analyst to join our IT support team, which serves a wide range of corporate business units, with a primary focus on legal. This role requires a dynamic individual who can handle a variety of tasks, from automating processes to developing databases and creating insightful Power BI dashboards.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong background in Power Automate, SQL, and Power BI, and the ability to adapt to different functional use cases and software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide IT support for legal and 10 other business units, addressing a wide range of functional use cases.
Utilize over 100 documented software tools, from self-built solutions to systems like SAS and vendor management.
Support 40% of on-premises software used by the team.
Collaborate with corporate security, general counsel, and other stakeholders to address IT-related issues and policies.
Develop and maintain databases, automate workflows, and create Power BI dashboards to present useful information.
Use Power Automate to build workflows, such as automating email processes and internal communications.
Identify and implement smaller tools to solve business issues across various use cases.
Demonstrate a self-starter attitude, proactively finding ways to be useful and improve processes.
Stay open to using and learning other automation tools as needed.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with other automation tools.
Familiarity with a wide variety of software systems and tools.
