Overview:

Amyx is seeking a Quality Management & Business Process Analyst responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing and enhancing organizational processes while ensuring compliance with quality management standards. This role integrates quality management principles with business process analysis to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Quality Management
  • Develop and maintain quality standards and frameworks.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance and identify improvement areas.
  • Recommend corrective actions and promote a culture of quality.
Business Process Analysis
  • Analyze and document workflows to identify inefficiencies.
  • Design and implement process improvements using industry best practices.
Reporting and Insights
  • Create metrics, dashboards, and reports for quality and process performance.
  • Provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align quality initiatives and process goals.
  • Facilitate training sessions on quality and process improvements.
Compliance and Risk Management
  • Ensure processes comply with regulations and organizational standards.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
Daily Tasks
  • Conduct quality audits and analyze performance metrics.
  • Review and update process documentation and workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address process gaps or quality issues.
  • Develop reports or dashboards on process and quality metrics.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions.
  • Facilitate meetings and training sessions for quality or process initiatives.
  • Monitor compliance with regulations and quality standards.
  • Must have the ability to communicate accurate information

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of general office procedures and time management.

Desired:

  • Experience supporting senior executives or government programs.
  • Familiarity with DOE operations.
  • Knowledge of planning and conducting senior executive meetings/working with Government client directly.
  • Previous experience with technical drafting or desktop publishing.
