First Line Support Analyst
A position exists for an experienced administrator to fill a First Line Support Analyst within the Customer Support Group.
The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years customer service and administration experience.
Responsibilities:- Logging of customer support calls received via telephone or e-mail
- Administration of royalblue financial’s HelpDesk static data and reports
- Production of support statistics
- Support call monitoring
- General support administration
