education: Bachelors

• Production Planning and Scheduling:
• Ability to create, manage, and adjust production schedules based on demand, capacity, and resource availability.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes specific to electronics, such as PCB assembly, soldering, and testing.
• ERP/MRP Systems Proficiency:
• Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems to manage production, inventory, and procurement.
• Familiarity with systems like SAP, Oracle, or other production software used in electronics manufacturing.
• Supply Chain Management:
• Understanding of how to coordinate and manage raw materials, components, and finished goods throughout the supply chain.
• Experience in liaising with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of components and managing lead times.
• Inventory Management:
• Ability to maintain optimal inventory levels of electronic components to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Knowledge of lead times, reorder points, and demand forecasting.
• Capacity Planning:
• Skill in analyzing production capacity and workflow to balance load between machines and workers.
• Ability to plan for potential bottlenecks or downtime and adjust resources accordingly.
