Job Description
  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of healthcare projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, stakeholders, and vendors to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
  • Facilitate regular communication and reporting with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and milestones.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including project plans, meeting notes, and reports.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement, conducting post-project reviews to capture lessons learned.
