HR Generalist - Westchester County (5 days onsite) - $65-70K

• Accurately process payroll for hourly employees, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
• Manage onboarding, orientation, and training programs for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and procedures.
• Support managers in workforce planning and performance management initiatives.
• Act as a key liaison between HR and hourly employees to address unique workforce needs.

• 4+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role, with a focus on payroll.
• Experience working with hourly employees in a fast-paced industry, such as maintenance, hospitality, or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
