I am thankful to work for a great company that treats their employees as one of their own!!! Medical Assistant/Receptionist, Mt. Orab

HSO has been a breath of fresh air since the moment I arrived. I have never worked for an organization that values their employees so much! Instead of feeling replaceable, and like you are never "doing enough", I am thanked for my work often. Staff is very familiar with "upper management" and they usually know us all by name!

I never dread coming to work and am proud to work for an organization that values their staff as much as their patients! Care Coordinator, Loveland
