Job Description:

• 1x supporting OBDA product line
• 1x supporting TASRS product line

Current Business Need:

• Enhance data analytics capabilities for both OBDA and TASRS product lines
• Implement automation solutions to reduce manual processing
• Strengthen technical reporting infrastructure
• Support product development and optimization

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in SQL database querying and management
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools
• VBA programming capabilities
• Analytics and reporting expertise
• Process automation experience
• Experience with Oracle ERP systems
• Understanding of supply chain planning tools
• Knowledge of data integration between planning systems

Level:

• Mid to Senior level (5-10 years of relevant experience)
• Flexibility based on candidate qualifications and expertise

Business Impact:

• Streamline product-related data analysis
• Improve reporting efficiency for product metrics
• Enable data-driven product decisions
• Automate manual processes to increase productivity
• Support data preparation and cleansing for future system implementations
• Bridge gaps between current systems and future state solutions

Required Skills and Experience:

• 7+ years of progressive experience in business/reporting analytics roles
• Experience with Oracle ERP systems and supply chain metrics
• Strong proficiency in SQL, VBA, and Tableau for reporting automation
• Proven track record of transforming business requirements into analytical solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Experience in developing and maintaining automated reporting systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in supply chain or operations analytics
• Knowledge of supply chain KPIs and metrics
• Prior experience with system transformation projects
• Background in process automation initiatives

Disqualifiers:

• Less than 5 years of relevant business analysis experience
• No hands-on SQL or reporting automation experience
• Lack of stakeholder management experience

Best candidates will demonstrate:

• Strong business acumen and ability to translate requirements
• Track record of developing automated reporting solutions
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders effectively
