Job Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at Stalwart Careers. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our coaching institute. This is a full-time position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in business developmen or Freshers with good communication skills can apply (link removed)>
Qualifications and Skills- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong market research and analytical abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings and events.
- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
- Organising events and seminars
- Providing counselling to students and convince them to enroll for Stalwart courses.
- Tie ups and Business Deals with Schools and Colleges
- Generate Leads through cold calling
- Manage Team and ensure enrolment target achievement
