More About the Position:
A T&G Senior HVAC Service Manager- Identify technical and soft skill training needs through Field Service Manager(s) interactions with team
- Weekly training schedule for technicians are developed and delivered
- Prepare and facilitate weekly departmental meeting, inclusive of training initiatives
- Review each individual job for proper process, warranty issues, parts needed, and ensuring parts / materials are returned
- Review weekly and monthly departmental results with General Manager for accuracy and action plan
- Maintain a constant line of communication daily with your team – developing, mentoring, coaching, supporting, and leading them to personal and professional success
What Does It Take?:
- 5+ years of leadership experience (home services industry is a plus)
- Proven track record in meeting KPI targets in a growing organization
- Experience following budget and financial plan for your department, including forecasting
- Ability to pass prescreening requirements: Clear 9-panel drug test, background check, and a clean motor vehicle report for the past three years

Please arrive at 24565 Hallwood Ct Farmington Hills, 48335. This building is our second building (you will see our blue and white Thornton and Grooms trucks) and the fifth building on the left coming down Hallwood Ct.
Parking: Please park in one of our two building lots only. We have signs indicating where the addition parking is along the tree line faces away from Halsted (behind the skating rink), where our trucks are. If you are unsure, please ask one of our staff members when you enter the building and they will guide you on where to park.
Plan to be here around an hour and a half and up to two hours. We will give an overview of the company, a tour, and on-site interview with a hiring manager.
