Job Description/ Responsibilities:

• We are seeking an experienced Infra Ops Specialist with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynatrace and SRE, and will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our infrastructure.
• This hybrid role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
• Oversee the monitoring and performance tuning of infrastructure using Dynatrace.
• Provide expert-level support for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
• Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of critical infrastructure components.
• Implement and maintain monitoring solutions to detect and resolve issues proactively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline operational processes.
• Conduct regular performance assessments and capacity planning to ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Lead incident response efforts to quickly resolve infrastructure-related issues.
• Provide detailed root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure operations and procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical infrastructure components.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve infrastructure operations.
• Mentor and train junior team members to build a strong and capable operations team.
