The Jaggaer EA team is in search of a Senior Systems Administrator for NetSuite that is task-oriented to take ownership of administrative duties for a multi-subsidiary global NetSuite environment. This role will work closely in supporting our finance and operations departments to troubleshoot, resolve, and improve the systems performance.

The expectation is this Administrator will be responsible and play a critical role in leading the administration, design, implementation and support of our ERP application.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Required to work with a global team with multiple business unit set up in NS
  • Schedules a training / mentoring junior NS admin 5 hours a time a week (1 hour a day)
  • Understands and works respecting SLAs response times with tickets, projects and action plans. Updates project’s board and tickets in accordance with changes.
  • Organizes and leads project calls with in-house business stakeholders and vendor’s technical support teams.
  • Responsible for providing support across CRM, ERP, Finance, Billing and Revenue Recognition
  • Technical execution of projects and daily operations, including troubleshooting NetSuite issues
  • Managing administration, configuring and developing requirements, maintaining application security controls, and creating customized solutions
  • Deploying and testing customizations, custom objects, new subsidiaries and new functionality based on evolving business needs
  • Proposing system design/enhancements based on problems and product requirements
  • Creates technical documentation, policies and procedures
  • Providing pre and postimplementation technical support
  • Working with management, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Accounting & Finance within work scope and providing estimations to help define deliverables and timelines
  • Ensuring business and functional requirements are properly configured in NetSuite and other integrated enterprise applications
  • Staying up to date with new NetSuite features and functionalities, providing recommendations for process improvements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish necessary controls, processes, and audits.
  • Manage task delivery from third-party vendors to ensure adherence to EA, security and compliance policies.
  • Act as the central point of contact for security and technical projects across teams.
  • Facilitate team engagement in roadmap planning and defining the technical, security and compliance requirements.
  • Utilize extensive operational experience to implement best practices and define and document business flows.
  • Collaborate with all business areas to support and execute technical support
  • Proactively identify, mitigate, and manage project risks.
  • Work closely with other Technical teams to collaborate on support requests and project needs.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly status reports and present monthly updates to leadership off of ticketing queue.
  • Conduct audits to assess the achievement of success criteria following project implementation.
  • Collaborate with technical and security teams to complete comprehensive integration plans to assist with mergers and acquisitions.

Position Requirements:

What You Will Bring:

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • Over 10 years of NetSuite experience and 5+ years supporting NetSuite for a global SaaS organization
  • Advanced skills in project management, including scope definition, work breakdown, resource collaboration, and issue resolution.
  • Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript framework
  • Strong interpersonal communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, drive tasks to resolution, and apply project management methodologies.
  • Experience interacting with senior leadership
  • Knowledge of business automation and workflow development is a plus.
  • Confident, articulate, and professional with strong executive presence and critical thinking skills.
  • Innovative mindset with a focus on best practices and change influence.
