San Francisco - Data Collector

You will be actively participating in the feedback and testing process of a gripping device.

Responsibilities:

• Collecting data from testing sessions involving the mechanical gripping device
• Providing detailed feedback to the engineering team based on observations and experiences during testing
• Assisting in administrative tasks such as maintaining records of test sessions and outcomes
• Standing for extended periods during testing and waiting for re-programming sessions
• Utilizing customer service skills to communicate effectively with the engineering team
• Participating in periods of downtime productively, preparing for subsequent testing sessions
• Managing data entry tasks related to recording test results and observations
• Assisting with order entry tasks as needed during the product development process.

• Possess strong administrative assistance skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, with a proven track record of maintaining positive client relations.
• Have proficient data entry skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Exhibit experience in order entry, with an ability to accurately and efficiently process orders.
• Display strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Show ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using various data collection tools and software.
• Have a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Show willingness to undergo training and continuous development.
• Display a commitment to upholding company data privacy and security policies.
• Have basic knowledge of statistical analysis and data interpretation.
